A lecturer and researcher at a leading business school, Kevin has been traveling to Nepal regularly for over 20 years. A first volunteer experience at a school in Kathmandu sparked a desire to help children in Nepal. Kevin has been involved in various projects with several organizations working in Nepal for over 10 years.

Producer and photographer, Jean-Marc discovered Nepal a few years ago during a mission with several associations including Rangjung Yeshe Shenpen and Réservation Responsable.

Lopon Pema Dorje Tamang

Field Coordinator

Lopon Dorje is a monk at the  Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling Monastery in Kathmandu. He has been collaborating with the Bal Mitra team on various projects for many years. Since 2013, he has been working on social and humanitarian projects in Nepal with the monastery's association, Rangjung Yeshe Shenpen. Lopon Dorje has extensive field experience and, above all, a huge heart and is a football fan!

Jean-Marie Carillo

Jean-Marie has a career in banking. A first trip to Nepal in 2017 inspired him to get involved in various initiatives to help children in Nepal. 

Vincent Mijoule

Field Coordinator

Vincent works in IT. His initial experience in humanitarian work in Ecuador inspired him to explore Nepal and get involved in field projects. 

Clara Augereau

Social Media Manager

An architecture student with a passion for drawing, photography, and travel, Clara is heading to Nepal in August on a mission for Bal Mitra Nepal. She's going there to help out by volunteering at a children's school. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to follow her adventure ;)
